About Us
Gregg is a 500-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with additional training in trauma sensitive yoga and fascial alignment. He helps students cultivate peace, balance, and self discovery. With 39 years of yoga practice and a rich background in sports, education, and the outdoors, Gregg blends his diverse experiences into his teaching of Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, and Yin Yoga, creating a practice that is both dynamic and restorative.
Gregg’s approach to yoga is both compassionate and intentional, informed by his personal journey of navigating anxiety, fear, and self-doubt, as well as his extensive professional experience as a Deputy Fire Chief and medic.
